“This spot feels private, perhaps because the Filipino groups that frequent it lend an intimate air; plus, the Filipino food is good, and beachside seats offer excellent views. Limited English from the staff wasn't an issue, and the value, especially after five months of travel, made it feel like a luxury. All considered, it's a solid choice for a peaceful, budget-conscious stay.”
